Worship Choir Cantata ~ “The Torch is Passed”

“The Torch is Passed” - the story of our trust in God – our acknowlegement of His intervention in the history of this nation – our experience of faith – our assurance of a loving and gracious Heavenly Father has been shaped by the lives and the testimony of our elders. God told us to “…watch yourselves closely so that you do not forget the things your eyes have seen or let them slip away from your heart as long as you live. Teach them to your children and to their children after them.” (Deuteronomy 4:9)

Please join the Worship Choir, the Children’s Choirs and the congregation of Southport Presbyterian Church as we celebrate our 175th anniversary with the presentation of “The Torch is Passed” on Sunday evening, May 4 at 7pm in our Worship Center. There is no charge to attend the concert and the community is warmly invited to attend and share in our celebration of faith.
